Hotel New Otani Tokyo Garden Tower

I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, they gave me a price of 48.00 Dlls per person, it was very expensive

I had problems with the room temperature but they kindly moved me to another room and everything was fine.

This hotel is not (yet) very environmentally friendly, changing bathrobes every day is not absolutely necessary.

The hotel had perfect service, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The concierge desk was especially excellent, with a helpful and well trained staff member who spoke fluent English. The hotel itself was elegant and well-maintained, providing a great experience of Japanese hospitality. The location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of shops and restaurants nearby.

The beds were not comfortable, and there was some noise that disrupted our sleep in the mornings. The interconnecting rooms only had single beds, not ideal for a family traveling together.

None of it was all right. It was what we expected.

The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the city. The hotel's location was convenient, with the subway station just a short walk away. We enjoyed the breakfast at the top floor restaurant, it was included in the price and the food was tasty and hot.

The restaurants within the hotel were quite expensive compared to other options in the area. The drinks at the bar on the 40th floor were not to our liking.

The entrance to the pool is not free. This is abnormal for a hotel of this category. 18€ per person per day is shameful and too expensive. Moreover the large double bed is not guaranteed. Two elements that will make me hesitate to choose this hotel for my next stay.

The lack of air conditioning, but we requested a change of room and they moved us to the tower that does have both heating and cooling all year round

The staff were prompt and accommodating. The room on the 36th floor offered a stunning view. Numerous dining options and a beautiful garden were available on the premises. The hotel's location was convenient, with multiple train stations within walking distance. it was a pleasant and satisfying stay.

There are unfortunately no standard European plugs in the rooms or bathrooms but they do lend adapters.

We had a fantastic stay at the New Otani Garden Tower. Our room on the high floor had amazing views of the city and the Japanese garden was a peaceful retreat. The location was perfect for exploring Tokyo. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

That really only paid for the room and everything else like the hotel pool had to be paid for separately. I didn't have Onsen.

I have been coming to this hotel for several years now and it is probably the best value for money in Tokyo . It is extremely well located with Tokyo's main subway lines right next to the hotel.

Great location close to metro station. Delicious and varied breakfast buffet with both Western and Asian options. Comfortable, spacious and clean rooms with pleasant atmosphere. Wonderful Japanese garden with stunning views. Helpful staff and nice amenities including Shiseido face care set.

I wish there was a steam room at the pay spa. The outdoor pool was closed when it was 30 or more. The configuration of the hotel with 2 remote receptions, the different elevators.

I recently stayed at the Hotel New Otani Garden Tower for a week-long vacation in Tokyo. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous throughout my stay. The hotel's location near the metro and JR station made it convenient for exploring the city. There were plenty of dining options in the area, and the breakfast buffet offered a great selection of both Japanese and western cuisine. The room was spacious and had a separate living room, which was a nice feature for keeping our belongings organized. Additionally, the hotel had a small gym that we could use instead of paying for more expensive recreational facilities.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

As a couple, we loved the fabulous location, easy access to the subway, and the beautiful view of the city from our suite. The complimentary breakfast buffet on the 40th floor was fantastic, with a variety of Western and Japanese options to choose from. The hotel had multiple restaurant options, including a coffee shop and convenience store. The staff were attentive and quickly addressed any issues, like when a bedside lamp stopped working. The room was clean, spacious, and had good amenities. We also appreciated the lovely garden and other facilities available.

The hotel was conveniently located next to a major metro line, making it easy to explore the nearby area around the train station. Additionally, the hotel was just across the bridge, providing access to the entire city. The rooms were spacious, offering larger accommodations compared to other Tokyo hotels. The bathroom had a high-tech Japanese toilet, and the service from the concierge was very helpful. The breakfast options were decent, with allergens clearly labeled for those with dietary restrictions. The hotel also had multiple restaurants to choose from.

The noise from an unknown source woke us up every morning, which was quite frustrating.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were fabulous, and the rooms in the Garden Tower were huge. The view from our room was amazing, overlooking the beautiful hotel garden and even the distant Mt. Fuji. The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway and close to popular areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurants and gardens.

We felt extremely welcome at this hotel, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Everything was fantastic.

Located conveniently near the metro, Satsuki coffee shop, and restaurants, the hotel makes exploring the city easy. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with great views of Mount Fuji in the background and the beautiful Japanese garden. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast at the top-floor restaurant is excellent.

Some aspects like outdated furniture could use some refreshment.
